It's more than 10 minutes and Bot is not initialised
If it's taking too long, and the progress bar hasn't moved. Click on Initialize the Bot button again, and wait for 10 minutes. If still the progress bar is not moving, please contact support@limechat.ai
I am unable to generate the code snippet to be pasted in website
Please check on your Helpdesk account. Goto Settings and inboxes, check if the WhatsApp inboxes have been added there or not. If the Inboxes are added, you should be able to see them in step 4. Choose the inbox where the Bot is supposed to go live, click on copy code and paste it in the location given
