Accessing Contacts from the Contact Section

You can manage and access all contacts (across all inboxes) from the contact section.

Go to https://app.Iimechat.ai.

Go to Contacts sections

Use the Search Bar to search for the relevant contact, and then click on the contact card

Click on the edit icon, once the right panel pops up after clicking on the contact card.

On clicking the edit button a modal will be visible, edit/fill all the necessary details and click on Submit
