AI Template Builder

1. What is "AI Template Builder"

AI templates let you create Meta-approved WhatsApp templates by just typing what you want in plain language.

You don’t have to:

  • remember Meta’s rules,

  • worry about formatting, variables, or categories,

  • keep retrying after rejections.

You describe what you want to say, to whom, and in what tone. We turn that into a WhatsApp template that’s ready to send for approval.

You think in use cases. We handle rules, structure, and compliance.

2. What problem this solves

Creating templates manually is usually slow because:

  • You have to know Meta’s policies (what’s allowed, what isn’t).

  • You need to remember how headers, body, footer, buttons, variables work.

  • A lot of time is spent going back and forth on rejected templates.

  • Marketing / CRM teams hesitate to try new ideas because every attempt feels heavy.

With AI templates, you can:

  • Go from idea → template draft in one prompt.

  • Let the system:

    • place variables correctly ({{1}}, {{2}}, …),

    • choose safer wording in line with Meta rules,

    • suggest buttons / CTAs that actually make sense.

  • Create more variants and test more ideas without extra effort.

This is especially helpful when you’re:

  • setting up new flows,

  • trying new campaigns,

  • or onboarding non-technical users who don’t know Meta’s template rules.

3. How it works (high level)

You write a short brief (prompt) that covers:

  • Use case – abandoned cart, order update, feedback, sale, etc.

  • Audience – new customers, repeat buyers, COD customers, VIPs, etc.

  • Tone – friendly, formal, festive, premium, urgent, etc.

  • Goal – what you want the user to do (finish checkout, give feedback, visit page, reply, etc.).

  • Variables – what dynamic data you have (name, order ID, product, link, discount code).

Based on that, we:

  1. Draft a template (header, body, footer, buttons).

  2. Insert variables in the right places.

  3. Keep wording within common Meta guidelines.

  4. Return a template you can submit for approval.

Meta will still approve or reject, but you don’t start from scratch every time.
