## Setting up the Marketing tool

### Task-1: Integrating with Helpdesk

Go to integrations section in Flow Builder, click on LimeChat Helpdesk

Enter your LimeChat Helpdesk email ID & Password, Click on Login

Choose your brand’s account, click on Submit

### Task-2: Syncing message templates

Go to Templates section in Flow Builder, and click on "**Sync All Templates**".&#x20;

This will initiate a sync of templates from your WhatsApp Service Provider(WSP) to LimeChat Platform. Make sure you have already got the templates approved through your WSP account.
