WhatsApp Catalog: 360Dialog
Set up and connect product catalogs to your WhatsApp Business API account. Uploading inventory to Facebook, linking catalogs to WABA, and enabling commerce features for seamless product messaging.
To use products and catalogs in your WhatsApp Business API account, please follow the next steps.
STEP 1: Upload Inventory to Facebook
First, you need to upload your inventory to Facebook. You can use the API or Facebook’s Commerce Manager to do that.
Your inventory needs to be uploaded to Facebook in a catalog format — see About Catalogs for more information.
If you need to create a catalog, there are two possibilities:
Preferred: Create a catalog using the Commerce Manager
STEP 2: Connect the catalog to a WABA
To connect a catalog to your WhatsApp business account
Go to Business Manager and select your business
Click WhatsApp Manager in the Hamburger Menu
Click Catalog
Click Choose a Catalog. From the drop-down menu, select the catalog that you want to connect
Click View Catalog if you want to view or manage the catalog
Click Connect Catalog and add the Partner Business ID. eg.734443296905665 (Supposed to be entered manually)
Check Connection Status

The catalog is connected to your WhatsApp business account. You can start sending Single Product Messages and Multi Product Messages to your customers and receive responses from them.
Finally, paste the catalogue ID in WABA Catalog ID
field and Update the inbox.

Enable the Catalogue

Navigate to the details section on your 360Dialog Dashboard and scroll till you find the toggles for Catalog and Cart Feature and enable them
